SUSHI BY THE SEA

I drove to a seaside town called Iwanai to have sushi lunch. This town lost the rail access in the 80s then the ferry service to the mainland as well in the 90s. Their streets are anything but lively, but the sushi I had at a local sushi joint near the fishing port was pretty amazing. It was so good that I came back to the same place for dinner the next day.
