Opening a luxury hotel in the middle of a global pandemic is not easy for anyone. And this hotel even doesn't have a chef for the main restaurant yet because he is not able to fly over to Japan. However, the Tokyo Edition team extended gracious hospitality to us and made our stay so much memorable. I especially appreciate all the care and attention Ms. Sato, Director of Rooms, gave us.
