HELL AND HEAVEN

In Beppu area, hot springs are called "Jigoku (hell)." But the warm steam from these hot springs looks heavenly on a cold day like today.

別府のあたりで温泉は「地獄」と呼ばれる。でも今日のように寒い日には、温泉から立ち上がる温かな湯気はまさに天国。
