MATSUMOTO JUJO: KOYANAGI

I checked out the other tower of Matsumoto Jujo, which took over the name of the more than 330-year-old predecessor ryokan Koyanagi. They say the hotel is more family-friendly than Matsumoto Honbako I'm staying at, and it has a restaurant that welcomes kids. A Koyanagi's old Japanese-style warehouse is still there as if it were an annex of the hotel. 

松本十帖のもう一つの棟を覗いてみた。こちらのホテルは、330年以上にわたってこの地にあった元の旅館「小柳」の名を受け継いでいる。僕が泊まっている松本本箱よりも家族向けらしく、子ども歓迎のレストランもついていた。敷地の中に残された小柳の古い蔵は、まるでホテルの別館のよう。
