FROM LISBOA

Portuguese cuisine has a similarity to Japanese cuisine. Both use seafood a lot and place more emphasis on natural flavor of the ingredients. So I wanted my friends from Lisbon to enjoy the best autumn delicacy of Japan and took them to Aoyama Esaki. After dinner, the chef Mr. Esaki showed us his favorite spoon made in Portugal.
