FRECCIAROSSA PART2

On this train, I have booked an Executive Class seat in Coach 1. At Trenitalia, Executive Class is more premium than Business Class and is considered as First Class. This definition is a bit confusing for an old-timer like me because some airlines such as Thai and JAL used to call their business class Executive Class. The Executive Class coach also has a 6-seat meeting room.

この列車では1号車にあるエグゼクティブクラスのシートを取っておいた。トレニタリアではエグゼクティブクラスはビジネスクラスよりも上級となり、ファーストクラスの扱いになっている。これは、かつてタイ国際航空やJALがビジネスクラスのことをエグゼクティブクラスと呼んでいた時代を知っている僕のような古い人間にはちょっとわかりにくい。このクラスには6席を配置したミーティングルームもついている。

Arrived at Bologna Centrale. Unfortunately, I couldn't have time to enjoy the catering onboard.

ボローニャ・チェントラーレに到着。残念ながら列車のケータリングを楽しむ時間はなかった。
