One of these planes , 20-1101, joined my hanger for Schabak 1/600 scale models. I bought her at Narita, not Haneda. このうち の1機、20-1102が我が家のシャバク社1/600スケールモデル用ハンガーに加わった。買ったのは羽田ではなく、成田だが。

Japanese Air Force One & Two sitting side-by-side with 2 ANA Boeing 787s. So far, you can have this lucky coincidence only at Haneda. The B737-400 of Solaseed Air is in the foreground. 2機のANAのボーイング787と並んだ、日本国政府専用機の主務機と予備機。今のところ羽田でしかおき得ない、幸運な偶然。手前にはソラシドエアのB737-400が。

My first ANA's 737. And my first departure from Noto Airport. ANAの737は初めて。能登空港からの出発も初めて。 I see no other passengers in Premium Class cabin. The closest experience to flying on a private jet. プレミアムクラスにほかの乗客はいない。プライベートジェットに最も近い体験。 The plane icon is nicely detailed. Japan Aviation Academy, Japan's largest and oldest school specializing in the training of aviation personnel, has one of its campuses at Noto Airport. 日本で最も大きく、最も歴史のある航空関係者養成学校である日本航空学園。そのキャンパスの一部が能登空港にある。 Their Cessna 150H and Sud Alouette II on display. A mini aviation museum. 学園に展示されたセスナ150Hとシュド・アルーエトII。まるで小さな航空博物館。 One of the most amazing educational materials in the world, YS-11s. These two birds used to belong to Japan Air System. The blue one, JA8805, had started its career at Serviços Aéreos Cruzeiro do Sul of Brazil. I'm pretty sure students of this academy can have an amazing campus life. 世界で最も素晴らしい教材の一つ、2機のYS-11。どちらの機体も日本エアシステムに所属していたもので、ブルーのJA8805はそのキャリアをブラジルのクルゼイロ航空でスタートさせた。この学園の生徒たちは最高のキャンパスライフを送れるはず。

Noto Airport suddenly appears in the middle of nowhere in the mountains. This is Star Alliance airport and you can through-check-in even for Barcelona and Cleveland here. The world got even smaller. 能登空港は山あいの何もない所に突然現れる。ここはスターアライアンスのエアポート。つまりここからバルセロナへもクリーブランドへもスルーチェックインができるということ。世界はさらに小さくなった。

London, Paris, Budapest, Prague, Bath, Riga, Moscow, Bangkok, Memphis, and Ishinomaki. Every iconic city has a river. If the city has 2 rivers, it can be more iconic. Like New York City, Kyoto, and Kanazawa. ロンドン、パリ、ブダペスト、プラハ、バース、リガ、モスクワ、バンコク、メンフィス、そして石巻。アイコニックな街には必ず川が流れている。もし川が2本あるのなら、その街はさらにアイコニックになる。例えばニューヨークシティ。京都。そして、金沢。

Kanazawa has a great history, great culture, great foods, a beautiful museum, countless temples, and fun-to-walk streets. Even taxi drivers are polite and friendly. If I have to point out the one thing missing here, it might be the Ritz-Carlton. 金沢には素晴らしい歴史と、素晴らしい文化と、素晴らしい食と、美しいミュージアムと、数えきれないほど沢山の寺と、歩くのが楽しいストリートがある。タクシーの運転手さんさえ、礼儀正しく、フレンドリー。この街に足りないものをもし挙げるとしたら、恐らくそれはリッツ・カールトン。

The gallery is right next to The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. Checked out the opening day of the exhibition "Poemotion-The way to see a new world" by Takahiro Kurashima at Gallery Slant in Kanazawa City. Amazingly nice weather in Kanazawa. I took a room on so-called "Luxe Floor" located on higher floors with a great view of mountains. 金沢は驚くほどいい天気。高層階の「リュクスフロア」なる所に部屋をとる。 山の景色が素晴らしい。 Will they change this to the "Tsurumaru" (crane in a circle) logo ? これもいつか 鶴丸ロゴ に変わるのか？

Today's destination is Kanazawa and I will have a short hop to Komatsu. Luckily, ANA prepared the 767 with "Mohawk color" retro scheme for this morning flight.
