THE 9 O'CLOCK AZUSA

Some people might remember an old Japanese pop song about the Azusa limited express train that departs at 8 o'clock. This morning, I take the 9 o'clock Azusa operated by the E257 series EMU from Shinjuku Station to go to Ina in the southern part of Nagano Prefecture.

Enjoying the views of the Yatsugatake Mountains through train window. On an outbound Azusa, you had better sit on the right side of the train in the direction of travel.
