The
hotel lobby with a small bar looks like an extension of the
library. Dinner and breakfast are served at the restaurant surrounded by bookshelves. While enjoying a beautiful dinner course using local ingredients, we could have a chat with their lead chef Chris who was at INUA in Tokyo before.

ライブラリーの延長のような感じ。本棚に囲まれたレストランもあって、ディナーとブレックファーストはそこで用意される。地元の食材を使った美しいディナーコースを楽しんでいる間、以前は東京のINUAにいた料理長のクリスとおしゃべりすることができた。
