TO DOWNTOWN JUST FOR A CURRY CRAB

12 hours in BKK. So I took an Airport Rail Link train and the MRT to Siam, just to have Somboon's fried curry crab (we call it kani curry). Some tuk-tuks have become electric and lost their iconic sound. Siam Square looks different. But the taste of my favorite dish has not changed since I first had it in the 90s.

バンコクで12時間。そこで、ソンブーンのフライドカレークラブ（僕らは「蟹カレー」と呼ぶ）を食べるためだけにエアポートレールリンクの列車とMRTを乗り換えてサイアムまで出かけた。トゥクトゥクの一部はEVになって、アイコニックなサウンドが消えた。サイアムスクエアはなんだか違う場所のように見える。でも、大好きな一皿の味は、90年代に初めて食べた時から変わらない。
