Dinner at Corsica, an Italian restaurant in Ebisu established in 1970. This place has been my family's favorite since my childhood and is one of the few restaurants who introduced authentic Italian cuisine to Tokyo way before the city started to offer countless options for Italian food. After a half-decade, they still keep the original ambience at the original location. However, according to the owner, Corsica will be unfortunately closed for a while from this summer due to the renovation of the building. As their fan, I do wish they would reopen. If you like to enjoy their fabulous food in the atmosphere of Tokyo's 1970s, book a table before the summer.
