Lunch at the Rendez-Vous Lounge of Imperial Hotel Tokyo. The hotel recently announced the thorough rebuilding of the property. They say they will work together with Mitsui Fudosan, and it will be completed in 2036. If so, I hope they will bring back
the old main entrance designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, which is now preserved in Meiji-mura—an open-air architectural museum near Nagoya. That can be a killer feature when other high-end hotels in Tokyo are located in cookie-cutter high rises.

フランク・ロイド・ライトの旧玄関を再建して欲しい。東京にあるほかのハイエンドホテルはどこも同じような高層ビルに入っているので、圧倒的な差を生むコンテンツになると思うのだが。
