NIJO CASTLE





A staff member with a bullhorn keeps shouting at the visitors to move them as if they were a herd of farm animals. The drawings on fusuma doors they show to these visitors are replicas. Too bad, the way they did tourism in the Showa era still remains in the heart of Kyoto.
ハンドマイクを持ったスタッフが、まるで家畜の群れを動かすかのように大声でビジターを誘導する。そのビジターに見せる襖絵はレプリカ。昭和なツーリズムのやり方が京都の真ん中にいまだに残っている。残念。
