THE RITZ LONDON: ENGLISH AFTERNOON TEA

This afternoon, I put my jacket and a Paul Smith tie on (wearing a tie is mandatory for gents) and head downstairs to The Palm Court. Quintessentially English and magical. All other hotel afternoon teas around the world would be brought to their knees by this one.
