GRAN CLASS

Going to Sendai then to Ishinomaki to join Ishonomaki Stand Up Week 2012. This is my first experience of new Gran Class of Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train.

石巻Stand Up Week 2012に参加するため、まずは仙台へ。東北新幹線の新しいグランクラスを初体験。

I see no other passengers in the cabin all the way to Sendai. The seat is similar to the one on JAL's domestic first class.

車内は仙台までずっと貸し切り状態。シートはJALの国内線ファーストクラスのものに似ている。

This is also my first time to get bento box on the train without paying for it.

列車でお金を払わずに弁当を食べたのも初めて。

Summer evening light. I'm going north.
