TAKAMATSU STATION AND PORT OF TAKAMATSU

I found the funny-looking 8600 series EMU operated by JR Shikoku for its limited express services on one of the tracks at Takamatsu Station.

高松駅のホームで、変な顔をしたJR四国の特急用8600系電車を発見。

The Port of Takamatsu in front of the station. Before they built the Great Seto Bridge, the train ferry had been connecting this port and the Port of Uno in Okayama Prefecture on Honshu Island.
駅の前には高松港が。瀬戸大橋ができる前は、この港と岡山の宇野港を鉄道連絡船が結んでいた。

A station of Kotoden Rail. It seems like this train can take me to central downtown.
琴電の駅。どうやらこの電車に乗ると街の中心部へ行けるらしい。
